The operational logistics behind the construction of a wind farm should not be underestimated. The footage (below) captures convoys of Vestas turbine components heading to Lenalea Wind Farm in Co Donegal, our joint venture with SSE Renewables . Slowly but surely, the specialist team made their way from Killybegs Port to the seven-turbine site, where the turbines are now being assembled and erected. This is an incredibly important milestone in a project that will be operational by the end of the year.
